The staff were beyond friendly and helpful, the rooms were super clean and comfy, and the location was close to the beach with a mind-blowing pool. Being able to easily extend our stay at the same rate was jaw-droppingly convenient, and the neighboring restaurant served the best food we had in 3 weeks in the USA. The manager’s directions to the harbor were incredibly helpful, and the seamless internet made our stay a breeze. a fantastic experience!

The hotel is a comfortable base for a trip in Naples. The room is fairly quiet and inviting and there are particularly good views of tropical garden and pool. Its location is wonderful & beautiful, just off the park/ beach as well as the center of the mattress. 1 km away there is Dunkin' Donuts, serving quick meals. The beach bar offers hot drinks.

i enjoyed my stay at Collins Hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk to a beautiful beach with public access. the staff was very friendly and the landscape added to the tropical resort feel. the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the internet worked well. the pool was a good size and the breakfast was relatively good. i also appreciated the outside seating and the availability of tea and coffee in the lobby.

My stay was very nice that was cancelled due to health problems during the initial visit. The staff was very pleasant at all times. The breakfast was hot and very good and the beach bar was a plus. The location was marvellous there, near the Beach on a Budget.

Their staff were very grumpy.

The hotel boasts central location near the beaches. There's Panda Express offering takeout just a short stroll away from the venue. The rooms are quiet and inviting and have good view of tropical garden and pool. The American breakfast is satisfactory with a wide array of meals.

Hotel's location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, in a calm area. We had lunch in Dairy Queen, placed close by. The unit we got was extremely pleasant and beautifully maintained with nicely tiled floors and a comfty bed plus the bedroom.

I had delightful pastries, eggs, bangers, and bacon in the morning. The room I booked was well-kept and brand-new with lovely clean facilities.

The restaurant was wonderful for evening meals here, I had appetising dishes. A mini fridge, a coffeemaker, and Wi-Fi in the room were useful. The best location for my needs. I had an outstanding time, the staff was friendly professional and competent.
